Booking of exhibition space

Net area (min 6 m²)
Includes: space, aisle cleaning and pavilion security
Equipped (min 6 m²)
Includes: back and side walls, carpet, sign with company name, 1 table, 2 chairs, dustbin, electrical connection (3kW) as well as 1 electrical socket (220V) and 1 lamp per 4m²

Sponsorship opportunities

As a sponsor, your company will benefit from participation to the maximum extent possible. Sponsoring a trade show provides an ideal opportunity for your company to stand out from its competitors in front of a targeted audience of professionals. Sponsorship demonstrates to the entire industry that your company has power and energy in the marketplace. The opportunity to win a customer, close a deal with a new partner or build new business relationships with similar companies can all be part of your event sponsorship.

We can offer you different types of sponsorship depending on your budget.

1.1.Do the following to take part in the exhibition:

  • apply for participation not later than a month before the exhibition start;
  • agree the stand plan with the organizer no later than a month before the exhibition start;
  • conclude a contract on participation no later than a month before the exhibition start;
  • make payment according to the contract terms;

1.2. Participation fee includes the following:

  • registration fee
  • cost of exhibition area: cost of additional equipment and services;

1.3. The exhibition area can be reserved after payment of 30% of its total cost within 3 days after the contract is signed.

1.4. Payments shall be made in Euro.

1.5. Applications filed later than 30 days before the exhibition start can be accepted if such exhibition area is available.

1.6. The Organizer reserves that right to arrange the exhibition stands based on the previously developed general planning in order of receipt of payments, taking into account the Participant’s requests to the possible extent.

1.7. It is strictly forbidden to place exhibits and advertisements outside the stand (in passages and other premises) without the organizer’s permission.

Registration fee: Check with the sales department of the exhibition.

Registration fee is mandatory for each participant. It includes:

  • posting information about the participant on the Organizer’s website umtexpo.com;
  • provision of 1 name tag for every 3 m2 of ordered area;
  • general security, passage cleaning, public utilities.


The cost of 1 m2 of equipped area:  Check with the sales department of the exhibition.

Equipped exhibition area of 9 m2 includes:

  • wall panel fencing;
  • carpet on the floor inside the stand;
  • frieze with the inscription approved by the Participant on each open side of the stand;
  • 100X50X100 cm podium (or 3 100X30 cm or 3 running meter hinged chipboard shelves);
  • 1 table, 3 chairs;
  • lighting – 2 30W LED lamps;
  • 1 electric outlet (1 kW);
  • 1 waste bin.

In case of a change of the stand area, the standard equipment will be changed disproportionally!

The cost of 1 m 2 of unequipped area: Check with the sales department of the exhibition ;

Unequipped exhibition area is a marked floor area without wall structures, electricity connection, and carpet flooring. Only specialized companies accredited to perform construction works in the IEC shall be allowed to build a stand (exclusive) on unequipped areas. The participant shall agree upon the time of arrival to the exclusive stand with the constructor and the organizer of the exhibition.

The area provided to the participant cannot be subleased without written permission of the organizer.

Remote participation: Check with the sales department of the exhibition.

Remote participation includes: posting information about the exhibition Participant on the Organizer’s website Participant umtexpo.com; 2 name tags for the Participant; the possibility of distribution of printed advertising products of the company during the exhibition.

All prices are indicated including taxes

2.1. Organize the exhibition campaign.

2.2. Implements e-mail newsletter mailing regarding working hours and attending the exhibition to the industry experts and trading companies.

2.3. Post information about the exhibition Participant on the Organizer’s website umtexpo.com.

2.4. Provide the Participant with area, equipment, and services according to his request.

2.5. Perform installation and dismantling of the exposition as well as work of the exhibition according to the set dates.

2.6. Ensure the protection of exhibits on the exhibition area during the exhibition days from 18.00 to 9.00 am the next day.

2.7. The Organizer shall not be held responsible for the security of the Participant’s property, its damage or theft during the exhibition, installation, and dismantling.

2.8. Arrange passage cleaning.

3.1. Make payment for participation following the terms specified in the contract.

3.2. The Participant shall be responsible for damage of the exhibition equipment and property of the exhibition room. The participant shall also be responsible for the operation of the electrical equipment connected to the outlet by him.

3.3. Exhibition Participants shall follow the rules of fire safety.

3.4. Exhibits move-out can be performed only with the written permission of the Organizer after the exhibition closes.

Participants have no right to move-out exhibits from their stands earlier than the exhibition closes.

4.2. The Organizer reserves the right to eliminate spelling and stylistic errors.

4.3. The Organizer shall not be held responsible for the reliability of information provided by the participant or advertiser..
